Madhura Kulkarni There are professionals working in the real world always willing to help younger crowds by providing their mentorship. And some thing I like about WYGU is that, it gives these young professional a platform to seek for help. Since WYGU is fairly a young website, I think as ambassadors, if they believe in what WYGU has to offer, need to encourage not only younger students but also older professions to joins this and expand their networking... While its really helpful to go to universities and borden the presence of WYGU through grad school fairs and career fairs etc... I also think that it is equally important to promote this at other career event where may be a older group of professionals can be targeted. This allow everyone to make the best use of the mentor and mentee program. But I definitely like how WYGU is evolving and expanding!

Diana Constantinescu Madhura you are so right! I am going to the World Skills London 2011 huge employability event this week, and I think career events are a great way to find people interested in their career and professionals who would be amazing mentors. Please let me know if you know of any other events of this kind! Just post their link on the WYGU company page and we can see them.

Matt Summers Madhura you've hit the nail on the head. In simple terms it's supply and demand and we need to ensure there is a balance between the number of people seeking help and the number prepared or able to give it.
