Matt Summers Banter is under-rated. I read an article last year about it which seemed to totally miss the point:

Mick Parkinson Just read the article, my first reaction was 'what a jeb!' . You would have to work at our place to know what one of them is, and I think each person has a different perception and definition of a jeb.

Mick Parkinson When we do have our low points, it is often the banter that keeps us going, through those dark days. Some days its the banter that puts us in those dark moods, some cope with it better than others, some thrive on it to help motivate them. It sure does inspire creativity and quick thinking in some and just plain random weirdness in others lol
